This online workshop, presented with Tamara Knapp and offered through Expressive Arts Florida Institute, will explore engaging the expressive arts as a form of prayer. Prayer begins with a sense that there is something “more,” and the desire to connect to something bigger than ourselves. When we understand prayer as natural to us as our breath, we can expand our understanding of ways to pray.
