This workshop will engage participants in an expressive arts process to deepen their understanding of the relationship between spiritual direction and creativity. Through guided meditation, artmaking, movement and sound exploration, we will explore and play with the ways the expressive arts bring us into a deepening relationship with Mystery.

What you’ll learn:

· Engage in an intermodal expressive arts experience to explore a topic in spirituality

· Participate in witnessing through an expressive arts process

· Explore ways to respond to images as they naturally arise in a session

· How to invite people into the arts in a spiritual direction session
