Contemplative practices help us to be fully present to the present moment, allowing us to notice God’s Presence in all that is. The expressive arts (dance, music, art, storytelling, poetry, and silence) are natural ways we can explore and express ourselves in ways words along cannot capture. In this mini course we will experience various modalities in a loving and playful way, and explore how the arts relate to spiritual direction.
