The arts have long been a part of the exploration and expression of the mystery of life, and connection to the divine. Expressive arts can be a spiritual path, a way to deeply listen and respond to our most authentic longings. The expressive arts are a natural companion to the work of spiritual direction, paying attention and responding to the sacred in our daily lives.

This 3-part series can be purchased as a bundle, but also individually. Each session is a complete workshop, so you can attend one, two, or all three.

This course is ideal if:

• You are a spiritual director interested in engaging an arts-based personal practice and deepening your spiritual direction practice by infusing it with creativity.

• You are a spiritual director interested in bringing the arts into spiritual direction.

• You are an expressive arts facilitator, therapist, coach, or other helping professional wanting to engage the sacred dimension in your work.
