Solitude is a spiritual practice with deep roots in Christian tradition. Throughout this pandemic, we have had ample opportunity to be alone. However, social distancing and quarantining are not necessarily the same as solitude. Solitude is a spiritual practice when we bring the intention of cultivating presence. In this retreat we will explore solitude in the Christian tradition, as well as ways to bring the fruits of solitude into your life now and beyond the pandemic.
