As part of the Souljourners Spiritual Direction Formation Program, this course looks at narrative in spiritual direction.

Students will experience ways to become aware of and creatively tell their own stories. They will gain an understanding of why story is important, some factors that affect how we tell stories, and that storytelling is a creative act. Students will learn ways to bring an understanding of storytelling into spiritual direction.
